The cup is complex but accessible. Tasting notes include caramel and molasses with subtle fresh citrus in the background.
This coffee is organically grown without any synthetic of chemical inputs at the farm level. It is also a microlot, meaning a small selection that is separated out based upon the highest cupping scores and sold at a premium.
