Refund policy

We want you to love what you get from us. Therefore, we have a make-it-right policy.

Coffee, as a perishable food item, cannot be returned.  However, if for any reason you are less than thrilled with your purchase, please reach out and give us the opportunity to make it right. Email randy@bigcreekcoffee.com for assistance. We will discuss the situation and refund your purchase, replace your items, or send you a suitable substitute.

Bottom line is we want you to be happy so you'll keep coming back!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon rece and ipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your package is damaged in transit, save the packaging! USPS has been getting downright snotty about paying claims when they damage packages en route. Photos are great, but they now want to inspect the actual packaging in person at a post office.
